Terms of Service

FRAMEPILOT is a private production studio. Its owner uses it to research, write, generate, edit, review and publish short videos for their own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts, and to read how those posts perform. It is not offered to the public.

• The owner creates every member account. There is no public sign-up.
• Keep your password secret, and tell the owner straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• The owner can change a member's role, or suspend or remove access, at any time.

• Accounts are connected only through each platform's official login. We never ask for your platform password.
• Connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You must follow the rules of each platform you connect, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use.
• You can disconnect an account in the studio, or remove the app in the platform's settings, at any time.

• Nothing is uploaded or published without the owner's explicit approval of the exact video, caption, destination account and timing. Changing any of these sends the item back to review.
• You are responsible for everything you approve for publication, including following platform rules on AI-generated content labels, branded content and music.
• Platforms can reject, limit or remove content. We do not control how a platform handles a post.

• You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
• You confirm that you have the rights to the material you use, including music, footage, images, voices and the likeness of any person.
• AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unoriginal or unsuitable. Review it before you use it.

You must not use the service to:

• publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or harmful content;
• buy or fake engagement, post spam, or mislead audiences about who made a video or whether it was AI-generated;
• access accounts or data you are not authorised to use;
• get around security measures, rate limits or platform restrictions, or scrape the platforms through the service.

We make no promise of views, followers, reach, monetization or earnings. Targets, scores and forecasts in the studio are planning aids, not predictions, and figures are shown as estimates unless they come from a confirmed source.

The service depends on platforms and providers such as TikTok, Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram), Cloudflare and AI providers, each under its own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or their decisions. FRAMEPILOT is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Google or Meta.

We may change, pause or stop parts of the service, for example for maintenance or when a platform changes its rules. We aim to keep your data safe when that happens.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or for any action taken by a platform on your content or account. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time and disconnect your accounts. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. Data handling after that is described in our Privacy Policy.

If we change these terms, we update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
